The doctor talked about the condition and gave advice on going forward
I have had to visit Scunthorpe Hospital twice within a week for a shoulder injury; and I have been so impressed by the level of care and speediness of treatment. The staff should be very proud that they are clearly delivering a consistent service to patients. Thank you.
Very thorough examination- had X-rays taken as precaution. Nurse practitioner was ver good - think her name was Stella.
I feel that I was taken care of well it was busy I was warned there was a good wait but each staff member took time to try and put me at ease and told me what was going to Happen they listened what had caused for me to go to a e ifeel that the doctor i saw was a good for my local hospital he made sure he looked after me till iwaited for medicine hecwas at the end of busy shift and took time to say goodbye

The staff did an excellent job
Found the experience good
Me and my friend arrived at A&E via ambulance on Thursday night after a road accident with my horse. I had a badly broken foot and my friend a fractured and lacerated elbow, she was bleeding badly. They left us in A&E for 6.5 hours and in this time the waiting room filled and emptied twice. I have never been so upset in my life, I literally said at one point I felt like I was never getting home! We arrived at 8pm and did not leave until 3.30am. Our husbands had to stay at home with our children so my brother in law had to leave home and collect us. It was a farce. No one kept us informed and we were just sat for hours. I will never go to a&e again unless I absolutely cannot avoid it. It was horrific.
I do t think the ANNP nurse particularly showed any care. Also the bed in which my daughter had to sit on for her treatment was covered in blood and the nurse just covered it up with the paper roll. Considering the current situation with the pandemic I expected cleanliness to be at the forefront of everyone mind.
The staff in a&e were blunt and rude
