Care was excellent but I was worried about the general lack of cleanliness and in particular lump of nasty-looking dirt in the middle of the floor of my cubicle.

Speed of initial phone call to doctor, to discussion with midwife to appointment was only 5 working days! Great service.

Seen promptly and courteously to a private treatment area.
Lucy was very professional, friendly and thorough in her approach. I did not feel that I was being rushed out to make room for the next patient as she went into great detail as to my problem and finding solutions. A way forward was agreed and I came out pleased someone was interested in my condition and wanting to help get me fit again.

My phiso was very caring and concerned about all aspects of my health. She spent along time making sure I was recovering correctly, even tho it took a long time ,there was no rush or ergencey in finishing my treatment.
