Seen promptly and courteously to a private treatment area. Lucy was very professional, friendly and thorough in her approach. I did not feel that I was being rushed out to make room for the next patient as she went into great detail as to my problem and finding solutions. A way forward was agreed and I came out pleased someone was interested in my condition and wanting to help get me fit again.
