Home visits - this was a very good way of seeing someone it helps keep you relaxed and there was not pressure on time.
Much better than a hospital visit.
It was a very calm experience.
Extremely happy with this service lovely people.

I was spoken to by a member of the team over the telephone initially who was very sympathetic and helpful, offering some good advice. The call was then passed onto the CPN Angela Wong, who made an appointment to come and visit my mother in her own home. The appointment to come and visit my mother in her own home.
The appointment to come and visit my mother in her own home. The appointment which was made and attended in a matter of days. Angela was very helpful, very sympathetic and gave some great reassurance. She didn't rush the visit, wasn't dismissive and really helped massively in a time of crisis. She really took the time to listen, visited my mum in her bedroom and cared a lot.

Cannot complete this as I wasn't present at the review, it was due the 28th Feb and I think pushed back to the 1st March but I couldn't get there due to the snow.

The care my mother received was compassionate and understanding of her situation without making her feel judged.
This in turn meant she did not fight suggestions and her care plan.
It was flexible and we were able to discuss any concerns and worries we had.
Our health care professionals developed a good relationship with my mother and she grew to trust them.
The service needs more funding and team members. Thank you.

I was treated with respect.
She was talking and explaining to me what she was going to do and what for.
The consultant made me feel good about myself, she knew what she was doing.
