I was spoken to by a member of the team over the telephone initially who was very sympathetic and helpful, offering some good advice. The call was then passed onto the CPN Angela Wong, who made an appointment to come and visit my mother in her own home. The appointment to come and visit my mother in her own home. Angela was very helpful, very sympathetic and gave some great reassurance. She didn't rush the visit, wasn't dismissive and really helped massively in a time of crisis. She really took the time to listen, visited my mum in her bedroom and cared a lot.
