Original communication and getting a CPN person allocated was slow. Once Angela allocated to us, she was helpful and friendly.

Started out good with all the tests but found there was a gap between being assessed and actively attending the group, we found there was not a lot of support in between and would have liked more information.

The service is actively working to improve the waiting times and we have developed an information pack to be provided on diagnosis to ensure all appropriate information is available.
