Started out good with all the tests but found there was a gap between being assessed and actively attending the group, we found there was not a lot of support in between and would have liked more information.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the service. We apologise that you feel there was a gap in between your assessment and attending the groups. The service is actively working to improve the waiting times and we have developed an information pack to be provided on diagnosis to ensure all appropriate information is available.
