My mother was seen at home today by Nancy Gatawa. Nancy showed excellent clinical skills by following up on a number of duty calls that I had made which had not been managed in a way that had reached a satisfactory conclusion for my mother. Having spoken to Nancy a week ago and arranged to see my Mom at home today, I found Nancy showed great care and compassion for my mother and our current position. She was able to listen, formulated a plan and I was left feeling confident that a detailed review of my mother’s current deterioration will be completed. She was an excellent ambassador for your trust and service and I would encourage you to share this feedback with her.

Everything was explained fully. Kind and pleasant experience.
Signs outside would be helpful and parking also. When sending appointment information information to your whereabouts on the letter would be very useful. Not easy to find.
