My mother was seen at home today by Nancy Gatawa. Nancy showed excellent clinical skills by following up on a number of duty calls that I had made which had not been managed in a way that had reached a satisfactory conclusion for my mother. Having spoken to Nancy a week ago and arranged to see my Mom at home today, I found Nancy showed great care and compassion for my mother and our current position. She was able to listen, formulated a plan and I was left feeling confident that a detailed review of my mother’s current deterioration will be completed. She was an excellent ambassador for your trust and service and I would encourage you to share this feedback with her.
