Spent several hours yesterday as a patient in RAH A&E. I was so impressed with the professionalism and caring attitude by the Consultant and nursing staff. Great attention to healthy and safety re Covid. Dealt tactfully and with a caring and non judgemental attitude to vulnerable patients with social and addiction problems. Well done!
