This is my first experience of reflexology and the hospice. I must say that both have been very uplifting. The hospice environment is very calming and peaceful and sets you at your ease. The reflexology is very relaxing. In only with I could have it just before bed time!
The room is very calming and the equipment can drive to relaxation.
I could not say what could be improved.
I fully recommend this therapy and the hospice out patient service.

I was cared professionally, efficiently and with the utmost sensitivity.

Knowledgeable, professional friendly staff. Feedback and communication, recently this seems to have "dried up". More regular "catch up" contact, even fortnightly would be massively appreciated.

Firstly the welcome when I was first introduced to Liz, she was instantly friendly, and made me feel at ease.
We talked and she asked me questions allowing me to take my time.
I never feel rushed or just another client and believe the whole experience is of great benefit to me.
From the surrounding, staffing and therapies this has made a difference to me and my healing process after losing my husband.
