I am feeling so relaxed and has made such a big difference to my breathing and Julie has been such an inspiration and a very caring person.
I am so grateful for all the treatment I have received.
I very much enjoyed the manage - reflexology - sessions and found the opportunity to talk about my problems and fears very beneficial.
It was wonderful to relax after having a discussion and receiving advise.
They listen to all my worries, and if I have a problem they have sorted it out. I have all respect for the nurses.
Clear explanation of service and its aims. I was made to feel very comfortable and to ask any questions that I needed too.
Useful to be aware of areas of my feet that were sensitive eg bladder/hydration which enabled me to be aware and review how much I was drinking per day. This will enhance areas of my health which often take second place when dealing with a loved one with cancer.
Also took into account that due to my family circumstances I was stressed. This showed up in the reflexology session by sensitive areas on my feet
Thank you rowcroft for providing this service. Often in these situations close family members are not cared for. It was lovely to be able to have some 'me time'
Great attention to detail.
Having hair washed.
Very relaxing, easy to talk with kind and understanding.
Staff are very approachable and inclusive. As a family we are involved a all our daughter's care. They make her feel 'safe' which is important to her and all her needs are cleared for. Food is in credible, nothing is too much trouble. The peaceful surroundings are echoed in the work of the staff who complete all their tasks with a calm confidence which puts all patients at ease.
Everything good!
I cannot sing enough praise for this lovely lady Emily enough. She has been a total god send. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has helped me thorough the most difficult time ever in my life. Every step of the way she has been there for me. I honestly don't think I could have managed without her. Thank you Emily Madsen a million times.
