Complimentary therapy is really good. The help and support is excellent can't fault their services. They have given me more support than anybody else and ring me every week to make sure I'm ok.

All staff and volunteers were professional caring considerate of the needs of both myself and my family and have treated us all with the utmost of dignity. on arriving at rowcroft i was very quickly made to feel like part of one happy community so any fears i'd had about coming in were soon dismissed. Decisions about treatment or care plans are very much patient led and nothing felt forced,
intrusive or unnecessary. Complimentary therapies are always available which helped with emotional wellbeing and maintaining lower stress levels and the food options were excellent with realistic portion sizes. I don't think there's anything to be improved upon as rowcroft is already Ticking all the right boxes.

My wife is failing! No doubt Joan is fast moving into a final stage, and it's come upon us so rapidly that we were left in doubt... what next?
So, to have a contact such as Rowcroft and community care and the sympathy from the ladies was such a relief to us, plus our attentive, doctors at Southover... We are lucky! Thank you all very much.

The reiki treatment relaxes and calms what is at present a rather troubled mind.
I, her husband, also enjoys the calm atmosphere which prevails during the session.
