All staff and volunteers were professional caring considerate of the needs of both myself and my family and have treated us all with the utmost of dignity. on arriving at rowcroft i was very quickly made to feel like part of one happy community so any fears i'd had about coming in were soon dismissed. Decisions about treatment or care plans are very much patient led and nothing felt forced, intrusive or unnecessary. Complimentary therapies are always available which helped with emotional wellbeing and maintaining lower stress levels and the food options were excellent with realistic portion sizes. I don't think there's anything to be improved upon as rowcroft is already Ticking all the right boxes. Thank you to all of you.-x-
