From reception, to urgent care centre to ward RCAU, including Xray - the staff were concerned, attentive, extremely pleasant & courteous.
Explanations were given on what was happening and what would be! All areas were very clean!
As far as I'm concerned, my stay and the quality of service & care have been exemplary! My thanks to them all!!

Care was consistent, staff were approachable and explained the situation as they occurred with my health. Days were long due to not having television or radio (piped music). Meals were brilliant, enjoyed varied menus many thanks.

food very good but too big an amount. Excellent staff. Very happy with care received.
