From reception, to urgent care centre to ward RCAU, including Xray - the staff were concerned, attentive, extremely pleasant & courteous. Explanations were given on what was happening and what would be! All areas were very clean! As far as I'm concerned, my stay and the quality of service & care have been exemplary! My thanks to them all!!
