Friendly health care staff, good service, greeted with a smile, however long wait.

Good - a very busy ward. Thorough assessment and arrangement for diagnostic tests etc. Most staff are very kind. Plenty of food and drinks and attention to cleanliness. Cath with tea was a star and a touch of humanity! Could be improved - often noise. Bleepers seemed not to be answered which was worrying. (I never used mine). Big gaps in communication. I know staff are busy and dealing with a lot but it is very difficult not knowing and understanding what is happening.

Care was good the staff very helpful even un staffed. The food a bit pep perish. For my taste.

6 hour hospital visit- urgent bloods took 4 hours for results. -Dr too busy to speak with pt.

The care was quick and the nurse explained things well enough to us. Overall very good.
