Good - a very busy ward. Thorough assessment and arrangement for diagnostic tests etc. Most staff are very kind. Plenty of food and drinks and attention to cleanliness. Cath with tea was a star and a touch of humanity! Could be improved - often noise. Bleepers seemed not to be answered which was worrying. (I never used mine). Big gaps in communication. I know staff are busy and dealing with a lot but it is very difficult not knowing and understanding what is happening.
