More staff needed for late nights A and E, less waiting hours, more help is always needed wherever you are.

Nothing was good about the care given. My father was brought to A and E with pleural effusion found on a CT scan the day before. He has chronic heart failure brought on by nbad breathing and yet we were still waiting to be triaged an hour later when the information board stated 30 minutes. Perhaps you need to die before given adequate treatment.

Nurse very courteoius and helpful when they were around, which was not very often. Was not happy had to wait 9 hours to see a doctor. Canula was inserted virtually straight away and blood tests done but was not put on drill till 7 hours later. Not acceptable as he had been sick many times and not eating well.

Difficult to answer this when the patient has dementia.

The nurses were very good at telling me, what was happening and how long it would be. Naomi was so kind, gentle and made my son very relaxed. The surgeon from Maxillo Facinal was excellent and the anaesthetist.
