Nurse very courteoius and helpful when they were around, which was not very often. Was not happy had to wait 9 hours to see a doctor. Canula was inserted virtually straight away and blood tests done but was not put on drill till 7 hours later. Not acceptable as he had been sick many times and not eating well.
