Definitely the waiting time! Arrived at 8 am and am still at the ambulatory dept at 3 pm. How much longer? Waiting for blood results - then a doctor and then a consultant. Did notice the nursing staff did not wash or sterilize their hands whilst using sterile swabs and doing blood tests etc - most surprise between patients.

Was seen on time. Was very prompt. Well informed as to what my treatment would be. Surgeon very friendly took time to explain everything to me. My nurse was lovely made me feel at ease, was very kind and professional. Excellent treatment by all the staff. Thank you very much.
