Definitely the waiting time! Arrived at 8 am and am still at the ambulatory dept at 3 pm. How much longer? Waiting for blood results - then a doctor and then a consultant. Did notice the nursing staff did not wash or sterilize their hands whilst using sterile swabs and doing blood tests etc - most surprise between patients.
