Free parking knowledge can be improved. One of your staff was giving me wrong information regarding free parking policy. Luckily I have used this service before and also another staff came and corrected her colleague.
There was always someone to hand when you needed them. Facilities were great too.
All care that was given to me in my opinion couldn't have been any better. Every member of staff who dealt with me were always patient and kind and always thhere for a chat if you were worried or down, even though they were extremely busy. That includes (HCA's) (nurses) and even the catering staff.
Nice friendly staff. Communication between staff (doctors and nurses).
Has been in a lot of pain.
Re Q6: Not night time staff or at weekend.

My daughter and I arrived at 9:20 am for her blood transfusion - we saw the receptionist and told us to wait in the waiting. We waited and we were not see till 11:20. The receptionist had failed to inform the nurse that we had arrived and the whole - procedure was delayed. P/s you need to improve your communication skills.
