Its very hard as my baby is 9 months old and so being on a ward rather than a side room is very challenging as its very hard to get him to sleep. Although I know observations are very important I am not sure that they should involve waking him.

Everyone friendly, kind, helpful. Positive energy from everyone especially Victoria.
Communication well with next of Kin and ensured they were informed etc.
Suggested improvements
Discharge time frame could be smoother. Go ahead given at about 12:30, discharge letter given at about 2 pm, then had to wait for meds. No fault of anyone in HDU.
