Everyone friendly, kind, helpful. Positive energy from everyone especially Victoria. Communication well with next of Kin and ensured they were informed etc.

Suggested improvements
Discharge time frame could be smoother. Go ahead given at about 12:30, discharge letter given at about 2 pm, then had to wait for meds. No fault of anyone in HDU.
