I came in with a suspected stroke by ambulance from PAH. Everything was dealt with very quickly. From blood tests, CT scan, MRI, X-rays, ECG ect. I’m got in around 5pm and back home by 10pm with the all clear. Amazing staff in all areas. Thank you to all of them for putting me and my husband at ease at all times

Absolutely nothing could have been done better. We were both fed and given drinks regularly and got 100% care

All personal were very polite and answered all questions with a professional answer. They were very aware of the issues and communicated what will happen and when. The only issue I exoerienced was the delay for each activity ti be completed. I arrived at the reception a 5pm on the Wednesday and left the hospital at 11:30 am on the Thursday, this was my only negative issue, it took a very long time to complete all the test required. At the end I felt the overall result was a good as it could have been as I knew what my issues were and what will happen next. All round a good performance from all concerned.

Suggested improvements
The time between different examinations was protracted. There was no offer of any food, except tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuts. Noy really sufficient for such a long stay.

I always find my visits to the Eye Clinic at Queens Hospital very pleasant. I don’t have to wait too long and I receive good treatment and advice.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the consultant explained things clearly and it was a positive experience

I appreciate that I had to wait as sometimes cases can be more complicated than expected but I was kept informed that there was a delay and everyone was apologetic

The nature of.my visit does require a couple of waiting periods but I was seen as promptly as circumstances dictated The nurse and then the doctor were friendly and efficient.

Suggested improvements
I have mobility and breathing issues but do not yet qualify for a Disabled badge. So park8g is a problem I usually have to park a longcway from the.main entrance, then most of the departments I visit are another long walk from there. But I don't think there is much anyone could do about that.

It was very good service doctor and staff was very helpful and polite i was seen very quickly i must say I have heard a lot of bad things about queen’s hospital so I was not looking forward to going there but it was much better than i expected. Thank you and all your staff

Car park is useless not a enough places and a lot of people smoke in right outside making the place look very bad rubbish and fags buts all over the place

I given this answer as I was dignosed vascular disease. This consultant interested I will have 3rd attempt they don't have time treat do further test rather look test resault last .disgusting

Well you could take the time do tests .I not got any where this hospital because age he couldn't be bothered I now going take this matter further
