All personal were very polite and answered all questions with a professional answer.
They were very aware of the issues and communicated what will happen and when.
The only issue I exoerienced was the delay for each activity ti be completed.
I arrived at the reception a 5pm on the Wednesday and left the hospital at 11:30 am on the Thursday, this was my only negative issue, it took a very long time to complete all the test required.
At the end I felt the overall result was a good as it could have been as I knew what my issues were and what will happen next.
All round a good performance from all concerned.
Suggested improvements
The time between different examinations was protracted.
There was no offer of any food, except tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuts.
Noy really sufficient for such a long stay.
