Bad communication, very long waiting times( 9 hours at the time of writing the feedback and still waiting)

Doctor refused to do a CT scan and went for an xray despite having the symptoms of shortness of breath.

I was in A&E on Tuesday 24 from 8am until 22.30 when I was admite in a ward. I was told that I will need an endoscopy. Every day was postponed until Friday 27th went I was told that it has been cancelled again. Doctor then told me that during the weekend I wont have an endoscopy done a it will be better to go as at outpatient urgent appointment. I did agree but up to today 2nd November I haven’t received a call or latter with mu “urgent appointment”

Communication between ward and the Endoscopy department - for four days ainwas told that my name was on the list and then it was dropped last minute
