The staff were very helpful and understanding.

Suggested improvements
A 30 hour wait in A&E is not acceptable especially for an 82 yr old in a wheelchair with a chest infection who has had sepsis three times over the last few years.

I saw Mr. Vemulapalli regarding pain in my foot while walking. He listened to my symptoms patiently without interrupting and was thorough in his examination. He reached the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis and explained in detail the reasons behind this condition and the required treatment. He suggested some exercises and even sent me links for me to look up on this condition as well as necessary exercises. With his advice, I am now 70% better within a week! I'm fortunate that I met Mr. Vemulapalli early on and received prompt treatment. The most impressive thing about Mr. Vemulapalli was his professionalism, patience, clear communication, and thought process. A Kelkar

Fracture clinic is always friendly and quick. Always have time to discuss my issues

Suggested improvements
Perhaps somehow making it less awkward when you come.back from x ray and have to knock on the consultants door? There were 3 of us waiting to see the consultant again and someone else already in the room, it's a bit awkward knowing what to do so.as to not disturb the Dr

The Doctors and Nurses all work so very hard in such a desperatley poor time that our NHS is in, they deserve so much more that working in corridors nursing and careing for the sick. All of the staff shined with the care and compasion they have for there jobs, which they have worked so hard to do. I admire them all and they deserve so much more respect and support from us all, especially the goverment.

I had to wait in a corridor over night to be taken to a ward. Its a very sad situtation and to witness that we are living in, the 21st century and our poor, incredible Nuring and Doctors have to care for patients in corridors that renascent to a warzone NOT the 21st century ENGLAND, It was a very sad day to experience this! The NHS needs help NOW!! Someone needs to walk along these corridors and see what is going on not sit behind a desk and talk rubbish, take the walk and talk to your amazing staff. They need your help now!!!!!

Everyone involved in my appointment on 8th May were very helpful and friendly. I am a bit anxious at the moment as I am having various tests to see if I have cancer, so I really appreciate the kindness and caring of all the staff I have seen so far

Suggested improvements
My appointment was over 30 mins late but you was extremely busy in the department that day so I did expect a delay, a very helpful staff member checked for me and I was seen to soon after, thank you
