Very friendly in general and I felt most staff did care although they were very often rushed and have too much to do to many to look after at once, I also felt expertise was short on nights.

I arrived at the day surgery unit at 7:30 am. The service was efficient and the staff communication skills were very good. Cynthia the nurse on duty was kind, efficient and did her job with passion and pride. I am really impressed with the service on the ward. Keep up the good work.
