Waiting time was beyond acceptable - it was over 4 hours, for a child falling but the treatment was successful - and treated.

All staff were kind and attentive. Lack of available A and E hospital sites is a big minus causing congestion for the A and E ambulance service and creating immense pressure on the Queens A and E facility.

Kindness and consideration under friendly busy conditions. More doctors and nurses needed as we had to wait 4 hours for treatment. Doctors and nurses under extreme pressure and they have to put up with a lot of abuse from some members of public.
