Staff were helpful with any enquiries that we had, but waiting was a real pain, as my father (patient) had a serious head injury.

A and E was amazing very helpful and caring. Once we came to major lite there were no one at front desk round the 6 people were sitting down 2 were on their phone. So not impressed Q 3-8.
Positive - A and E X=ML reception.
O = ML A and E nurse Rebecca Goodwin was amazing.

Once seen the care was good, the staff were friendly and efficient. Moved quite quickly.
Waiting times although I understand them are many patients.
