The care was excellent.
We are so grateful to have midwife Mary Otisi and Catherie Siwoku for the care throughout.
They make us to calm down and make everything easy.
The place is very clean and tidy.

Everyone has been extremely kind and caring. Offering lots of knowledge and support. The cleaning, catering teams are so friendly and make us laugh. Liza has been amazing and stands out!

Midwives attitudes are excellent. Very polite and friendly and what more can we ask for!
Improvement- bed to be changed daily to give patient a refreshed feeling of cleanliness.
Beverages to be offered to partners/birth partner provided be very nice.

Excellent care however more tests before sending mother home in labour would be good. We had to turn around and run back.

When the consultation start, you should send the mom too back home, because everyone's different, last 2 times with my pregnancy I dilated very quickly, so why would I go and come back to hospital I should be able to wait in the room.
And checking up dilation, they said every 4 hours, scary but not happy with this as well, because I was 2cm at 12 p.m and 7cm at 2 a.m, I called the midwife and told her to check. That's not my job to do it should be more careful and watchful.
