The care and help that I got from my midwife was great. She is very helpful and kind. But yesterday when I was in pain and asked the HCA to help me, she refused to help. I think the service should be improved.

I've had many occasions here having simple procedures, and also feel very looked after and welcomed.

The Mcmillan Nurses treat me friendly and are more like family friends. They answer all my questions and put my mind at rest. They give me very clear instructions on row to take my chemotherapy medication and are gentle when injecting chemotherapy drips. They always tell me how my treatment is going.
