More staff, but all attentive, thorough and very friendly and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble even though you may have to wait a short while.
I was treated promptly, and with respect. People are very quick to criticise but very slow , to praise when they have been treated well.
Very friendly and kind nursing staff in a relaxed atmosphere, can't fault ... that is apart from the need to fix/replace the toaster!
I am a psoriatic arthritis suffer for the last 13 years, medicated with methotrexate, 10mg per week. My initial flair brought me to QA unable to make a fist with either hand. Methotrexate allows normal life except for a steroid jab into the synovial membrane in 2009 to relieve a painful left knee. I have asked for an early appointment, 9 months into an 18 month period to my next scheduled visit, with a possible issue appearing with my left hip. After manipulation and conversation we have decided on a plan to investigate possible treatment if pain from my left hip reappears and persists.
I am most impressed with my specialist and colleagues ability to listen to my symptoms and surrounding occurrences, then focus on the issue and suggest a diagnostic action to prove and react to my problems. 13 painfree years and normal life of walking, cycling, running and skiing convinces me I'm being understandingly treated by a great team.
Always had excellent service, efficient, and polite from all members of staff.
Friendly staff who are very caring but waiting times are very long.
Professional, helpful and caring advice is provided.
