Freindly staff
Had a colonoscopy last week all the staff on cuckfield ward looked after me . I was in a terrible state before the procedure but they were all reassuring kind and thoughtful. If anyone is putting of having this procedure.Don’t it is not as bad as you think and if you have the choice then choose princess Royal.
Such an Amazing team, very caring and professional
Worse experience ever. Have been here for 4.30 hours with so much pain . No one coming to even ask you what is the problem. Only 3 patients here and waiting 4.30 hours with so much pain. When compline , nurse attitude is so horrible and care less. Still sitting.
My experience was above and beyond my mum couldn't be with me at the birth due to covid so I had alot of mummas around me to reassure me and make sure I was safe content and happy.
He was born 3 weeks early and was scared out of my wits they were excellent with me!
I stayed in for 5 days and I had the best time at times I didn't want to come home.
I cannot praise you all enough the care the passion you all have is so wonderful to see!
I would like to praise all the staff at the Princess Royal Hospital and The Sussex Orthopedic Unit for there help and care whilst i was having a Total Hip Replacement. All the staff i dealt with were very friendly, caring and listened to me. From the person booking my appointments, to the all the staff who cared for me after my operation. I have no complaints, the staff treated me with respect and dignity. I can't thank them enough for looking after me.
As part of my assessments for treatment of my shoulder injury I have been seen at the Princess Royal in three different departments.
MRI scan
Electronic nerve testing
Arthroscopic shoulder repair
All went well and according to the plan laid out by my doctor and in every case but especially after the main operation I really couldn’t have imagined being better looked after. It was clear during the peak of the first wave of covid precautions that they had made extra efforts to keep the place even more hygienic than normal and I felt privileged to be one of the reduced number of patients seen during that time.
Absolutely awful. A place where you should feel cared for and looked after...just appalling. The male head nurse was extremely rude. He was talking to me as if I had no reason to be there. I explained clearly that by hand was cut open to the bone but he looked at me as if I was lying. Was given no care AT ALL. Not only that, so were the reception. I actually left the hospital due to how awful it was. No one knew what they were doing at all. I went to A&E at Brighton Hospital and I was sorted out straight away. I had stitches and medicine!!!
Very good service throughout my treatment
The treatment I received was second to none.
