Having had a total hip replacement, my hearfelt thanks go to the whole Orthopaedic Team, all members of staff in John Snow Ward, plus all in the 'support network' such as porters, domestic and Admin staff. Everyone I encountered was polite and caring and deserves huge thanks and praise, expecially as they work, at times, under very difficult circumstances. Again, my heartfelt thanks.

The care staff on the whole were kind and considerate on the ward but while being assessed by Dr Yetkelli I was treated as one would a lab rat and not as a human, I feel I was denied basic human rights as well as prescribed medication

I will write a full and detailed report when I am allowed access to my computer at home
