Hardly no one was compassionate.

I was in the waiting area from 07.00 til approx 14.30, but was not given any water to drink, which caused me to become dehydrated, causing the anethatist to have trouble locating a vein in either of my arms. This is my only complaint. The rest of my care/experience was very positive. After care was also great.

Staff were professional, compassionate and kind.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff at the Henry Moore Unit. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. The nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff were not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive. They made a challenging and emotional time much more bearable with their patience, reassurance, and empathy. The ward was clean, calm, and well-organised, and I always felt safe and looked after. No request ever felt like too much, and the team consistently checked on my comfort and well-being. Their dedication to high-quality patient care was evident every single day. I was on Penn Ward with excellent care headed up by Anna, an amazing Ward Manager. All staff were courteous and helpful. A major move to another location for the ward was planned and so the cleaning was a bit hit and miss but that was understandable.

I have had bowel cancer surgery at PAH My treatment has been outstanding, cannot rate this hospital highly enough. I have recently under gone a total right hip replacement, treatment was also outstanding. Thank you Princess Alexandra Hospital

The nurses I met at this hospital were fantastic polite friendly and very cheerful,along with the doctors I saw l I felt in good hands and couldn’t be more grateful for their service and support

The nurses were very good and some were brilliant, but they were very busy. Sometimes this meant that treatment was delayed while they were busy with other patients. One of the cleaners was fantastic, cleansing every surface. Another less thorough. One of the kitchen staff was a ray of sunshine, brightening up the ward whenever she was around.

I was on the Henry Moore Ward for 6 weeks and the care I got was exceptional ....Thankyou to all the staff there ......Daniel, Sue and especially Dorothy who done a little dance when I managed to get up on a zimmer frame ......she made me laugh

Team all very helpful toilets clean .Parking is difficult.
