The whole care my mum received when she was having her review for her stroke was good. The lady Erika spoke to her well and made things easy for my mum to understand .

The professional staff are excellent. The exercise equipment used in the gym needs modernising (eg broken cross trainer). It would be nice, if possible, to include some time before or after each group session for the patients to socialise, perhaps over a cup of tea.

Exercises explained carefully. Able to progress these. Helpful guidance with everyday living.

Excellent exercise regime to strengthen avoid the affected joint and general mobility through pain management. Direct treatment to the damaged. MCL could ease pain and effect recovery.

Exercise classes were good as it is more encouraging to exercise in a class. The supervisor was friendly and excellent.

The physiotherapist was attentive, enthusiastic and encouraging. She also helped with suggestions for other niggles on top of the issue being treated.

The group was non holistically which was great as we covered not only physical symptoms but also the physiological impact when you live with pain daily. Great enablement and positivity.
