staff were poliet, courtious, spoke to mum - not just to me. took the time to make mum feel comfortable and be part of the conversation & not only about the care they were giving. they treated mum with great care and respect

i am very pleased with the service received, and on my experience - your staff could not have done anything more - i do not think that there is anything that could be done better

I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect, but I was put at easy, and found I opened up so easy. The counselling last year was more relevant at the time.

This could not be helped due to demand and lack of staff, I could have benefitted sooner this year for support.

Nancy was extremely patient and understanding, and good sense of humour as well as knowledgeable

will be coming up to Canterbury clinic to meet Nancy in 3/4 weeks time
