From the moment i arrived at the hospices, i felt welcomed. Nothink was too much trouble and was given the attention and medication i was required to have.

every think was spot on, they just wanted to no about me, my background and charater, and my family.

Ken understood my mum's Christian beliefs and ours and gave us all amazing support. We could see he really cared about his role. he took Mum's funeral and gave us wonderful care throughout. It helped us all as a family in what was a sad time. Will never forget his kindness.

I was shown great care from the first meeting and the relaxed atmosphere and attitude of my counsellor was the very best.

I felt complete confidence in my counsellor and was able to share how I was feeling, She really listened to me and explained why I felt certain emotions. She as encouraging, sympathetic and empathic. I felt extremely at ease with her.

I could not have asked for better understanding, support and guidance from M, she treated me with respect, love and care at all times and I felt a strong connection and bond with her from day 1 allowing me to be open and honest about my emotions for the first time. This has helped me re-adjust to life and relationships to moved forward with my life after such a trauma.

Absolutely nothing ! M is a real asset to your team and I will miss her as a counsellor and friend. The world is a better place for her being in it. Please allow her to read this review so she understands the impact she has made in my life.
