From the moment i walked in i felt enveloped into the most comfortable cosy blanket of wellbeing from the reception staff + DR's/nurses/carers/cleaners/ cook etc

when visiting my mum -in -law all staff + facilities here are absolutely perfect. kind.caring. respectful and very helpful

can't think of anything. everone to ask a question too or talk too were wonderful. ordered food here as well Bobby chef , very tasty and healthy food. all nurses and reception staff friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Keep up the good work. excellent service so glad you're here.

A breath of fresh air in the current days of doctors appointments, waiting times, bedside manner, punctual communications and maintaining dignity.

When we ring you, its hard to know whether a message has got through to the recipient due to your call handling service. This has happened several times so far.

All the staff I have had any interaction with have been attentive and really listen. I'm very impressed with the team at Ashford.

Apart from supplying chocolates and chilled pink champagne :) I'm not sure they could of done any better

Going home in a better place than when I came in, pain is definitely managed. Excellent counselling services, spiritual lead was very good, understanding. On going services very good also.

From my very first contact I have been impressed with the total kindness, friendliness, professionalism of all concerned.
The services I have accessed have been really good and beneficial. Staff ring you too regularly and show real concern.
Suggested improvements
Communication on ringing the Hospice. I would like a service where I can ring the Ashford Hospice direct, not a central point - Not confident messages are passed on. In fact o one occasion it wasn't.
