From my very first contact I have been impressed with the total kindness, friendliness, professionalism of all concerned. The services I have accessed have been really good and beneficial. Staff ring you too regularly and show real concern.

Communication on ringing the Hospice. I would like a service where I can ring the Ashford Hospice direct, not a central point - Not confident messages are passed on. In fact o one occasion it wasn't.
