Everyone was really happy and made you feel very relaxed. Tea and a sandwich was offered as soon as you had recovered from your procedure. Bob the porter was great and nothing was too much trouble.

Personal care, attention to detail was understanding. Comment applies to all members staff at all levels.
Bad - Comfort on matters was poor.
Very limit and appeared all collapses.
Needs renewing gave back A and E.
Very poor - UNE agency nurses who had none of sympathy/understanding if needs. Nor displayed standard or cleaners now by all utilizes.
