Personal care, attention to detail was understanding. Comment applies to all members staff at all levels.
Bad - Comfort on matters was poor.
Very limit and appeared all collapses.
Needs renewing gave back A and E.
Very poor - UNE agency nurses who had none of sympathy/understanding if needs. Nor displayed standard or cleaners now by all utilizes.
