Poor service, the nurse in charge Thr 10/09/19 tried to take blood test three times without result making me only pain. Waiting time for doctor is shameful and too long. I was already 4 times here but still now the doctors doesn't understand why I have pain!!! Absurd!!!

Triage nurse saw the patient straight away, quick prompt X ray.
Improvements
Blood test waiting times. No notification of wait times. Rather difficult to tell a demention patient that you have to wait.

After waiting 5 hours, still could not get in touch with a neurologist (nurse) to have a Corta bag unfitted. Which seems to be a big problem as I have been discharged 5 days and still no joy.

Communication was poor.

Triage nurse was lovely - Shirley.
Very efficient and competent.
We waited for six hours in cubicle to then over hear doctor phone for blood results - No bloods were taken from my wife. Someone is incompetent.
Once doctor realized he then speed up review.
The CCG machine leads were ll twisted up from previous user taking 5 minutes to unravel. Suggest protocol to ensure once finished leads are ready for next patients.
