My care in this hospital was second to none.
Very efficient and caring.
Friendly approachable staff.
No improvement necessary.
The people, calm , explained everything and look after throughout.
Very caring staff throughout the procedure and re-assurance.
Thank you all.
Friendly, genuine attentive.
The staff and the endoscopy team were all so very kind and made me feel very relaxed about the procedure. It was my first time and I was a little nervous but they were all so very attentive 100%. Thank you.
I had a few really friendly, happy and positive midwifes but overall I felt a lot of them did not care or want to have any patient contact except bare minimum. Some never introduced themselves chatted, smiled or even asked how I was if I needed anything. This is especially hard when you is isolation. I had to clean my own bed sheets and the sheets I removed remained on floor with multiple staff ignoring them. One midwife brought me wrong antibiotics, she did not have my doing chart with attached my 10 and brought and left someone else tablets on my table.
I saw a different Dr. every time there was no on overseeing my care and things only get done by me caring and having to remind staff I needed injections etc.
I think you could improve by having someone senior on ward checking in wife. Patients in there room and actually getting the CSW to carry out basic care instead of sitting on their phones at the desk. Which I also think allowing staff have mobiles on the ward is really inappropriate and unprofessional.
Everyone really nice and friendly!
The staff are very caring and cheerful.
The ward is clean and modern.
My room is clean, modern and because I had my own room it was quiet and I could rest. I am grateful that I had my own toilets, sink and shower it gives me personal dignity to use the facilities without worry.
The only time I felt in the dark about what was happening was Friday afternoon. I was just on water and had not eaten for more than 24 hours. I asked if I could eat , the nurse said it was up to the doctor. I did not see one in the afternoon.
Thankfully I was allowed to eat by late afternoon.
