I had a virus. Its gone as far as I know

Almost everything.
Massively lack lustre from entering to leaving. Survival of the fittest. Missed for drinks missed for meals. IV missed. Checking urin quantity via catheter and bag missed. Many days no cleaning room. When cleaning room bedding and pillow taken away and not replaced. Glass for drinking taken away because i was told you dont have enough. This is only a small fraction of the problems. The service isn't fit for purpose. A lot of people working there are in the wrong job.
