I dont have a condition I had a virus. Its gone as far as I know
- Almost everything. Massively lack lustre from entering to leaving. Survival of the fittest. Missed for drinks missed for meals. IV missed. Checking urin quantity via catheter and bag missed. Many days no cleaning room. When cleaning room bedding and pillow taken away and not replaced. Glass for drinking taken away because i was told you dont have enough. This is only a small fraction of the problems. The service isn't fit for purpose. A lot of people working there are in the wrong job.

Received an appointment at 20:30 from GP(111) arrived at OOH and was seen promptly and reassured by Doctor on duty.

- Give c hoic canula or oral, I have extremely small veins which often collapse my arms are covered in bruises

Great personal service. Lovely GP came out for home visit due to mobility problems which was definitely worth it as what first seemed to be a urine infection after phone consultation was then diagnosed as lung infection, requiring different antibiotics. So that treatment could be started as soon as possible, the GP showed me to follow him back to the hospital to collect antibiotics, rather than wait until the morning when the pharmacy opened. GP could not have done more to help.

Excellent service enabled medication to be taken at least 4 days earlier than trying to get appointment at the local surgery. Well informed medical doctor had access to my records which I granted permission prior to him gaining access after being asked first.
