I spoke to a Dr who was very thorough and understanding. He prescribed me appropriate medication, provided safety netting and infomation and can me helpful advice for managing my illness. I felt listened to, respected and well cared for.

Nothing, I was really satisfied, my call back was only slightly after the estimated time too, which is great considering the demand.
